End Of All Existence is not an album about any kind of prophecy, it's an album that gives a dreadful message, it's a digital radio podcast broadcasted from the future and it transmits the inevitable truth about the apocalypse whose date is set, 16th March 2034. End Of All Existence is an audio visual work of art, an imaginary apocalypse movie transformed into sound by two of the most important goth rock artists, Artaud Seth (Garden Of Delight, Merciful Nuns, Lutherion) and Ashley Dayour (Whispers In The Shadow, The Devil & The Universe, Coma Divine,...). Musically End Of All Existence is one of the darkest albums ever released, it's in no way a gothic rock album like somebody could imagine because of both names behind it, neither is some kind of occult dark ambient, "xy" wave album or anything like that, even if the elements of all those genres are all hidden there, but there's much more, it's hardly compared to anything you've heard before.

Council Of Nine created a masterwork within dark-ambient genre, the sound can be put somewhere in between the two cult masters of the genre like are Desiderii Marginis and Atrium Carceri, but still in Council Of Nine's sound is something unique, cosmic, something so vivid expressed through sound that there's rarely a chance to hear. Dakhma is a horrific cinematic beauty, yet emotional, thus it pushes with ease the listener into a fantasy world with many unexpected twists. A fantastic and highly recommended release for any fan of dark ambient, but as well it can be a fine starting point for all those who want to explore the genre.

Dead Notes delivers an emotional journey through six songs, relying on a very minimalistic song structure, shifting from aerial tranquillity to poetic obscurity. The beauty of it lies in a passionate portrayal of a kaleidoscope of feelings, which emit sentimental romanticism, distortion of mind and the dense darkness in a very personal and narrative way. Building on simplistic acoustic guitar arrangements and playing with his vocal chords, Grégoire Fray eloquently poured his personal prints and impressions through his alter-ago, The Hills Mover, in beauteous soundscapes, which deliver a pastiche of colours and shades, from bright and colourful to stygian and murky. An astounding, dynamic flow of ambiances, which - in their simplicity of sound - hide incredibly strong and profound personal stories.
