Industrial‑metal/electro juggernaut Combichrist strikes again with their latest single, “Only Here For A Good Time”, released today via Out Of Line Music and paired with a slick, hard‑hitting music video crafted by G13 Production House.
Where the previous single “Demons Wanna Be Summoned” dragged listeners into a slow, ritualistic descent, “Only Here For A Good Time” flips the switch entirely. This new track is a burst of adrenaline — fast, direct, and unapologetically volatile. Beneath its high‑octane pulse, however, lies the same shadowed tension that has defined the band’s current era. The title carries a knowing smirk: the song channels reckless abandon, but its industrial backbone keeps everything sharpened, intentional, and unmistakably Combichrist.
The single serves as the final preview of The Venom In The Mouth Of God, the band’s forthcoming studio album, arriving on 24 July via Out Of Line Music. The record has been steadily unveiled through a series of stylistically varied singles — “Desolation”, “RISE”, “Feraline”, and the crushing collaboration “Demons Wanna Be Summoned” featuring King 810 (available to check out over HERE). Together, they sketch an album that pushes Combichrist’s hybrid of EBM, industrial, and hard rock into more expansive and more personal territory than ever before.
On the live front, Combichrist continue their relentless momentum. The band will headline Dark Force Fest 2026 on 1 May in Parsippany, NJ, before returning to Europe for a summer run of major festivals. Confirmed appearances include Alcatraz Metal Festival (6–9 August, Kortrijk, Belgium) and M’era Luna (8 August, Hildesheim, Germany), with additional dates expected as the album cycle unfolds. Link
