Austrian Dornenreich has announced a string of acoustic concerts under the heading "Arcane Ceremonies 2024" in Austria and Germany in September and October this year. The six magic dates are initiated with a performance at the Explosiv in Graz, Austria, on 20 September and following shows in Wörgl, Kassel, Freiburg, and Pfaffenhofen, the final curtain will be drawn at the Nikolaikirche in Heilbronn, Germany, on 12 October.
Dornenreich, joined by German singer-songwriter Ellereve as a special guest, will present a selection of its works spanning all of the band's creative periods and including its current ninth full-length, Du wilde Liebe sei (You Wild Love Be) in select places. The interplay between dynamics, delicate nuances, and intensity lends another level of depth and authenticity to the acoustic reworkings of its songs.
Dornenreich comments: "We are very much looking forward to our 'Arcane Ceremonies' acoustic tour in September and October", writes vocalist Eviga. "For those of you who want to make sure not to miss the special magic of our acoustic live performance, we sincerely recommend to secure your tickets soon." In Graz and Kassel, more than 50% of all available tickets have already been sold. Link
