Swedish Viking/doom/black metallers Ereb Altor have released a brand new single "Skogsrået". The song is inspired and influenced by old Swedish folk music in the melodies. Lyrically it deals with the old myth and legend "Skogrået" or "Skogsfrun". A female creature from the folklore that rules in nature and in this case the forests. Sometimes they trick people to get lost but it's not an evil creature, Skogsrået can also aid people in need.
The band comments: "Put on your headphones, raise the volume and close your eyes and let us take you to the magic world of Scandinavian folklore! We also want to give credit and a big thank you to Mikael Lindström who plays nyckelharpa on this song. Enjoy!" Link
