French modern/industrial metal visionaries Heartlay unveil their latest visual chapter with the release of the video for "Shadow So Withdrawn". The track is drawn from their full‑length opus The Alteration, which saw the light of day in October. True to their ethos, Heartlay craft soundscapes that fracture only to rebuild, embodying the perpetual cycle of destruction and renewal.
Directed and edited by Nicolas Jeff Thibaud, the video plunges the viewer into a descent where chaos collides with introspection. Every pulse, scream, and silence becomes a shard of transformation, as Heartlay transmute tension into something visceral — mechanical yet profoundly human.
Earlier this year, the band revealed the striking video for "Suits You So Well", offering another glimpse into their evolving sonic universe (you can check it out over HERE). Now, with The Alteration in its entirety available for streaming, Heartlay invite listeners to immerse themselves fully in their uncompromising vision. Link
