From the mischievous “Wow Wow Wow” refrain to the blazing “Witchfire” chorus, the song is all about owning desire and letting the flames rise. The official video for “Witchfire”, filmed by Brian Wimer, weaves together two landscapes central to Margot Day’s life and artistic evolution: New York’s East Village — where she lived and created music with The Plague in the ’80s — and the forests of Vermont. The result is a visual spell where urban wildness meets woodland mysticism, firelight flickers through the trees, and ancient magic stirs. The video features Margot alongside her twin flame and bandmate Kurtis Knight.
