Since the summer of 2025, life for Hungary's symphonic metal maestros Meteora has been a whirlwind of intense activity and unprecedented critical acclaim. The group released three EPs — In This Silence, Broken Mind and Dissonance — later, united to form the striking album Darkest Light. Then, in May this year, they joined Sirenia as main support on the Norwegians' 25th Anniversary Tour.
During the tour, the song "Rebirth" quickly became a crowd favourite, and Meteora have now shared a clip for the track, featuring dynamic, atmospheric footage captured on the road with Sirenia. The result stands as both a testament to Meteora's hard work over the past year and a vivid reminder of the camaraderie and energy shared on tour.
Meteora comment: "In May, we had the privilege of joining the European leg of the 25th anniversary tour of Sirenia, one of the pioneering bands of Norwegian symphonic gothic metal, as their main support act. We tried to pack every song we felt could best warm up the stage into a 45-minute set, and fortunately, enthusiastic audiences were already waiting for us at every stop along the way. Photographer Enikő Tóth accompanied us on the tour and captured its highlights in a video, giving those who couldn't attend a chance to experience both the concerts and some behind-the-scenes moments. The soundtrack of the compilation is 'Rebirth', a composition by our guitarist Dani Baranya, which became a crowd favourite night after night. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our label, H-Music, for making this tour possible; Sirenia for the unforgettable moments we shared; Alexi for keeping everything running smoothly on the road; Anton for the organization; Reni for the countless miles behind the wheel; Dima for taking care of the merch stand; and, last but certainly not least, everyone who came out to party with us! During the summer, we'll be working on new material, and we look forward to seeing you again at our shows this autumn!"
With its blend of tour‑life energy, emotional resonance and polished performance footage, the "Rebirth" video is a fitting celebration of Meteora's achievements — and a strong reminder of why their star continues to rise across the European symphonic metal scene. Link
