Irish post-punk/gothic rock artist pMad has teamed up with USA/UK artist Lunar Paths and Australia's Killtoys for a collaboration project called Exquisite Corpses. Lunar Paths and Killtoys have released their EPs; now it is pMad's turn with Trust Devoured EP.
Exquisite Corpses is a boundary-pushing collaboration alongside UK/USA's Lunar Paths and Australia's Killtoys — a unique musical venture that brings together three artists from across the world to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Inspired by the classic parlour game "Exquisite Corpse"—in which each person adds their piece without seeing what the previous person drew—the three artists challenged themselves to apply this concept to their songwriting.
pMad's three-track EPs from the project, called Trust Devoured, comprise pMad's song "Feed"—the percussive piece that kick-started this whole collaboration—and two further interpretations, "Closer" featuring Killtoys, and "Celestial" featuring Lunar Paths.
