Poland's Tachion-X, a newly formed alternative electronic project with industrial influences and a cinematic vibe, has presented the first single, "The Opposer", accompanied by an intriguing music video that emphasizes the energetic nature of the song and encourages listeners to interpret it in their way. The single's B-side offers the "Loobotomy" track, which blends industrial energy with a futuristic synthwave atmosphere.
"The Opposer" is the first official release from Tachion-X, serving as a preview of the band's upcoming album, due later this year.
Tachion-X was founded by experienced musicians who, during their over-twenty-year career, have collaborated with many famous artists and producers, often sharing the stage with them at the largest European festivals like Wacken Open Air, Hellfest, Poland Rock Festival, M'era Luna Festival, Brutal Assault, Castle Party Festival and many more.
Tachion-X's musicians made a project completely different from what they had done. Tired of a traditional rock band's formula and inspired by the popularity of instrumental music performed by Carpenter Brut and Perturbator, Tachion-X decided on a different approach towards creating music, i.e. without vocals and fixed roles of musicians.
Tachion-X combines electronic music like Kraftwerk or Depeche Mode with heavy industrial sounds and cinematic vibes. Making the album, the musicians mixed analogue synthesizers with acoustic guitars, electric guitars, and even string and wind instruments. Link
