Hungarian atmospheric black metal duo WitcheR returns with the first glimpse of its forthcoming fourth full-length, Öröklét: the "Örökség" (Eng. heritage) video single.
The album's first revealed/opening track sets the tone for an album steeped in mysticism, magic and the timelessness of spiritual heritage. Drawing inspiration from legendary acts such as Summoning, early Dimmu Borgir and Wolves In The Throne Room, WitcheR channels a sound that is both atmospheric and deeply evocative. Speaking about the concept, the band states: "We wanted to transport the listener into a world where music is not only heard, but also seen and deeply felt".
The track serves as a prelude to the Öröklét album, which will be released on 4 November by Filosofem Records (CD and cassette) and Beveria Productions (vinyl). Link
