Cleveland (USA) based darkwave/goth/alternative rock act Petals And Thorns have just released their second full-length album entitled The Maid And The Blacksmith. Petals And Thorns were formed in 2009. The duo is a female/male studio collaboration between vocalist Mia Petals and multi-instrumentalist/producer Johnny Thorns.
Combining sometimes fragile, yet sometimes cabaret, and other times angelic female vocals against gritty guitars, haunting synths, and delicate piano sounds; they create honest music in this era of illusions. They released the debut album, The Broken Mirror, in 2014. The new album, The Maid And The Blacksmith, was in the making since 2016, and now it's finally out and available for streaming in its entirey. You can hear the album in the player below. Link
