SISYPHEAN - Drops New Video And Announces Tour With Mgla And Ulcerate

Lithuanian atmospheric black metal formation Sisyphean has shared a video for the "Scorched Timeless" track, which comes from the band's sophomore album Colours Of Faith, released on 27 May via Transcending Obscurity Records as LP, CD and digitally.

The video depicts harsh personal change with the help of tarot symbolism. The band comments: "We showcase the band taking an active part in an act of transformation. This is one of the tenets of our art".

The "Scorched Timeless" video features a renowned acrobat Konstantin Kosovec and was produced by Lumetri House.

The band continues: "We have adopted an experimental and daring approach since the beginning. We were lucky to work with Lumetri House, who has a very good intuition about flow, composition, and overall presentation of the video - the result has blown all of us away".

Sisyphean will also be the opening act of the first leg of the Mgla and Ulcerate tour, spanning 17 dates across the Baltic States and Scandinavia, between 2 and 21 November. The tour is to be the last European one of Mgła in support of its latest full-length, Age Of Excuse (No Solace, 2019). Attendees will also be able to witness Ulcerate perform, for the first time in Europe, tracks from its critically-acclaimed Stare Into Death And Be Still (Debemur Morti Productions, 2020).
