German post-apocalyptic doom rock formation Near Earth Orbit has released a brand new single, "Silent Runner", taken from the upcoming sixth album entitled Echoes Of The Future, which will be released on the 21st of April via Solar Lodge.
This is a post-apocalyptic film set in a dystopian future where artificial intelligence determines the lives of humanity and the effects of climate change have caused drastic upheavals in society.
Echoes Of The Future depicts a world of the future where the consequences of decades of action and inaction have caught up with us. Near Earth Orbit lets us explore this harsh and uncertain world, leaving difficult ethical decisions open, and showcases the resilience of the human spirit and the power of hope, even under the worst circumstances.
