A freshly-formed black metal group Deimhal emerges from the shadows of Tuusula-Helsinki, Finland, meticulously crafted by Mika Tönning, a seasoned veteran known for his work with renowned underground bands such as Catamenia, Creinium, and Dawn Of Relic.
This self-released digital EP boasts a lineup of exceptionally talented musicians hailing from bands like Kalmah and Resolution 13. The Grand Gathering features four haunting tracks, each composed by Tönning himself, exploring the realm of black metal from raw, old-school roots to grandiose symphonic heights. Fans of Dimmu Borgir, Satyricon, and Abbath will undoubtedly be captivated by Deimhal's unique symphonic black metal sound.
Expertly recorded in the band members' home studios across Finland, The Grand Gathering has been mixed and mastered by Joni Borodavkin (Dead Shape Figure, Embreach, End Of You), ensuring an immersive audio experience. Link
