SERVANT - Sets Release Date For New Full-Length

German black metal band Servant has announced its sophomore album, Aetas Ascensus, to be released on 7 July through MDD Records.

The news comes after the impressive debut, Blessed By The Light Of A Thousand Stars, lauded as one of the black metal surprises of 2021. Aetas Ascensus not only fulfils but also surpasses the high expectations set by Servant's debut. The album's sound is characterized by a furious and wild temperament, yet melody and harmony continue to form the cornerstone of this nearly 50-minute musical journey.

Aetas Ascensus is a complex piece of music, bursting with wealthy details and nuanced craftsmanship. Fans of the band's Scandinavian black metal-influenced debut will, for sure, love this follow-up, as it retains Servant's trademark sonic brilliance while venturing into new musical territories. The first musical taster of the new material is coming soon. Link
