German industrial dark rock/metal band Schattenmann has dropped a video for the track "Ewigkeit" (eternity) from its latest album, Día De Muertos, released in June via AFM Records.
Says frontman Frank Herzig, who also produced and mixed the band's latest full-length, about "Ewigkeit": "Everything is temporary, nothing lasts for eternity. With this line of lyrics in the back of your mind, you see many things differently and you painfully become aware, that everything will come to an end at some point. You should focus on the important things in life in the time you have left and enjoy your life to the fullest. Similar to a concert. You can't capture the mood, the experience and the emotions. A concert is a unique experience that can never be exactly reproduced again. With the video for 'Ewigkeit', we tried to capture exactly this 'transience', the emotions and irretrievable moments on tour".
