Austrian female fronted gothic metallers Darkwell premiered online a brand new video clip for the track "Yoshiwara". The track is taken from Darkwell's upcoming album entitled Moloch (more album details were posted over HERE). For this video the Austrian outfit teamed up with Felix Gorbach and Hanno Mayer of BlueBox Media. The video is also a homage to the Viennese director Fritz Lang.
Bassist Roland Wurzner comments: "Dystopias as shown in Orwell's '1984' or Fritz Lang's 'Metropolis' have become more and more important these days, which also inspired our lyrics. The bigotry, as named and shamed in 'Metropolis', has found its way into today's society, but in a different way. The song "Yoshiwara" is pretty much about this issue."
