THE FATHER OF SERPENTS - Debut Album Out In Few Days, New Video Released

Serbian gothic/doom sextet The Father Of Serpents are just a a few days away from releasing their debut full length entitled Age Of Damnation via Satanath Records (Russia) and United By Chaos (Finland). The band just premiered online a new video for the track named "Viral" and you can watch it in the player below.
The Father Of Serpents is an entity consisted of six souls, entwined with admiration for doom metal. Formed in 2015, by the members of the renown bands from the Serbian scene (The Hell/Awaiting Fear, Tamerlan, Rain Delay, Consecration), their purpose was to leave their name within the musical path paved by the old masters like My Dying Bride, Saturnus, Paradise Lost and Moonspell. The Father Of Serpents quickly got large amount of attention in Serbia and beyond. First album, Age Of Damnation, which will hit the stores on 19th June, contains about an hour of apocalyptic atmosphere, presented through the gentlest of acoustic passages, to the most brutal and vicious parts.
The band commented: ""Viral" was the last song we did before recording the album in the studio, just a few days before. It was almost done in 15 minutes and it went pretty natural and straightforward. We didn't have the time to overthought or analyse the song, so the energy of the moment when we were jamming the song is there. It is both groovy, catchy and dark." Link
