MORTIIS - Two Era One Albums To Be Reissued Soon, New Shows Announced

Norwegian visionary artist Mortiis is ready to hit the stage as headliner of Cold Meat Industry 30th Anniversary Festival. The sold out event will take place on 3rd and 4th November in Stockholm (Sweden). Mortiis will present a live reinterpretation of the 1994 classic album Ånden Som Gjorde Opprør. Mortiis will also appear at the Messe Des Morts festivals in Montreal on 24th November, performing the Ånden re-interpretation and at Finland´s Steelfest in May 2018. Other dates will be announced shortly.
But more good news are coming from Mortiis camp. Also on 3rd November the cult albums which greatly influenced the whole dungeon synth, dark ambient and neofolk scene, Ånden som Gjorde Opprør and Keiser av en Dimensjon Ukjent (1995), will be reissued as LP and CD in collaboration with the German label Funeral Industries.
