HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY - New Video Premiered Online

Anticipation continues to mount as Austrian post-black metal band Harakiri For The Sky prepares for the release of their awaited new album, Arson, which will hit the market on 16th February by AOP Records. Today, the band has fanned the flames of anticipation by revealing their latest song, “Heroin Waltz”, via a dark, grim new music video.
Vocalistr J.J. comments: "This song is not primarily about heroin or doing drugs inherently, but also about the aspiration to find warmth in life and the search for something that makes you feel complete. I think it is almost impossible to find this warmness and equanimity, as life is nothing but a continuous downward spiral. The longing is willing to abate after a few years, but the sadness will last forever."
In other news, Harakiri For The Sky will tour Europe this spring with support from enigmatic Dutch dark-rock band Dool. The three week excursion will take place from 2nd March through 18th March, with performances in eight different countries. The band will also perform one exclusive album release show on 10th February at Szene in Vienna, Austria.  Opening the show will be fellow Austrian atmospheric black-metal band Ellende. Tour dates are available at this location. Now take a look at the video for “Heroin Waltz” in the player below. Link
