UK based post-punk/dark pop band Klammer are releasing a new single named "Modern God" on Under Dogz Records on 11th May. The single is taken from their upcoming third album, You Have Been Processed, which will be released in June. You Have Been Processed is a follow up to their acclaimed eponymous album which was released in March 2016.
The Leeds based quartet put a contemporary twist on the post-punk attitude. Although there's plenty of hooks in their songs, there's a dark and edgy broodiness coursing through the sound of the band. Klammer came to life in 2014, drawing from the members' shared love for all things angular, dark, loud and melodic. They've shared stages with the likes of The Skids, The Undertones, Richie Ramone, The Membranes and Art Brut. The band now released a video for "Modern God" and you can watch it in the player below.
