IN CRUCEM AGERE - Exclusive Premiere Of The Title Track Of Upcoming Album

Delving into the demonic underworld, Austrian black metal outfit In Crucem Agere, who just recently inked a record deal with cult label Code666, are not afraid to dig deep into the dark elements of the human condition. Terra Relicta web magazine on this ocassion is giving you a premiere of "Calling The Void", the title track of In Crucem Agere's upcoming album, which will be released on the 22nd of October.

Calling The Void explores the utterly grim and desolate. In Crucem Agere have pushed their boundaries further by delivering their unrelenting, ghastly sound with a unique, progressive element. Explore the formidable depths as never before, but beware for there is no guarantee of coming back.

If you call the void – will it answer?
In Crucem Agere delve into this question with the title track of the upcoming album Calling The Void.

"Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster." - Friedrich Nietzsche

The band comments: "In Crucem Agere has been operating since 2010, drawing inspiration from human abysses and the darkness in men, and now, eleven years and two albums later, nothing, yet everything has changed. The band's bleak view on life and mankind is unbroken, and this new opus takes it to new musical levels. This is both a continuation, as much as it is a new beginning. Calling The Void is still rooted in traditional black metal, but has transformed the band into a beast of abstract, avant-garde madness."

The new album Calling The Void, explores the next chapter and sees the outfit diversify their sound into the realms of the progressive, while intense distortion, dramatic percussion and deathly vocals lead to the edge of the void. The album progresses through the shadows from the fast speeds of "Calling The Void" with its dynamic melody running throughout.
