Austrian outfit Coma. are back with a brand new single named "Ghosting". The band which experiments with various sounds, ranging from electronics to ambient and depressive/suicidal black metal, is able of making out of this a homogenous extreme music, but at the same time creating very psychedelic and melancholic soundscapes. The premiered single, "Ghosting", is a proof for that. The track is at the same time the first revealed track from Coma.'s upcoming debut album with a working title Darknet|Infection which should be out later this year.
The band which started as a solo project by Vøid in 2012 released so far two EP's, Rain|Emptiness in 2012 and Agony in 2013, plus a couple of singles, among those one was a cover of Lifelover's track "Androider". The whole discography is available on bands Bandcamp page.
"Ghosting" is the first track and as well will be the new album where the band is finally presented with a stable new six-piece line up which consists of Vøid (synths, vocals and additional percussions), Spectre (bass and additional vocals), Moloch (drums and percussions), Cpt. Carnage (guitars), Shødan Armada (guitars) and Terror Zen (synths and additional vocals). The new sigle was recorded by Vøid and Sebastian Hoffmann, final mix was done by Shødan Armada and the artwork is made by Smara Kand. 
Vøid commented about the track, ""Ghosting" was written during a period where me and bassist Spectre were fighting a lot", and added that the interesting thing from the musical point of view is, "the whole song was first written solely on the piano, after that, the bass and all additional synths were recorded. The guitars were added last. It's the first song we recorded with an acoustic drumset". About the lyrics he stated: "Lyrically, "Ghosting" revolves around the feeling of emptiness inside someone... the paradox of breaking out of it and wanting to destroy everything, but questioning the whole act in itself (best seen in: what's the meaning of speaking when noone will listen to) It also deals with personal problems towards the end of the song. Coming to the final realization, that it's easier to embrace emptiness instead of "humanity"".
With the addition of Shødan Armada on guitars, who already helped Vøid a lot during the time Coma. was still a solo-project (all the guitars on the Rain|Emptiness EP are played by him), the bands style has become more and more guitar oriented. Coma. is a band influenced by acts such as Lifelover, Vanhelga, Meshuggah, Dead Can Dance, Xasthur, Tool, Korn, Katatonia,... and will most certainly appeal to all those who like something out of those.
