Helsinki's industrial/doom/death metal entity Dark Komet have released their new EP Ghost Of Silver Light, accompanied by a video for the track "Only Frozen Reality".
Drawing heavily on themes of cosmic nihilism, the EP explores time, meaninglessness, and the idea of life as a purposeless phenomenon on a universal scale. Ghost Of Silver Light constructs a cold, alienating sonic landscape where crushing doom‑laden riffs collide with mechanised industrial rhythms, merging into a hypnotic and unrelenting whole.
Dark Komet offer no solace — only a stark glimpse into a reality where meaning is an illusion and existence itself fractures under its own contradictions. Link
