French post-punk/synth-wave act Larsovitch released a new EP, Normal'No, today, along with a new video, "Xenomorfos." Normal'No is a resignation and revolt, an ode to outsiders, desperate resistance, and internal clashes.
The radicality of minimal-wave and the introspective melancholy of post-punk are the main ingredients in Larsovitch's music. It seizes the decadent times to make the masses dance. Computer-free machines and synths play live accompanied by a litany guitar on a singing in three languages, which warms up the circuits of the silicon instruments in cathartic concerts, where pessimistic and melodic tunes gradually rise towards the raw energy of punk.
The EP comes one year after the release of ΣΥΝΘ; this new opus still wanders through the twists and turns of post-punk, boasting sovietwave and minimal synth. The EP Normal'No consists of six tracks, one of which is the cover of Свидетельство O Смерти. The entire EP is available for streaming. Link
