German post‑apocalyptic gothic rock project Near Earth Orbit (N.E.O.) has unveiled their new single and video “L C F R”, the title track of their forthcoming album due on 19 March via Solar Lodge.
Short for Legions Call For Rebellion, L C F R delivers another dystopian broadcast from N.E.O., a project known for its dark, cinematic visions of speculative futures. The album unfolds in a fractured version of the United States, where autocrats hide behind curated democracies, the Deep State thrives in permanent shadow, and a manufactured New World Order reshapes reality through fear, surveillance, and orchestrated chaos.
The narrative charts a civilisation long past the point of collapse: governments conduct purges under the banner of “restoration,” anarchy is both exploited and suppressed, and the population is left suspended between obedience and annihilation. In this world, truth dissolves into propaganda, resistance becomes ritual, and freedom lingers only as a dangerous memory.
The video for “L C F R” is now available to watch, offering another glimpse into N.E.O.’s bleak and immersive universe. The previously released single “D. 4. R. K.” remains available for those following the project’s unfolding transmissions over HERE. Link
