UK-based electro/industrial act Omen Code unveiled a new track, "Ultra Fear", taken from the upcoming debut album, Alpha State. The album will hit the stores on 5 December via Dependent. Omen Code is a London-based duo consisting of programmer and engineer Kevin Gould (formerly of Electro Assassin) and vocalist Agi Taralas (formerly of Our Banshee). Additional singles will be released over the following months.
With their debut album Alpha State, Omen Code deliver the sound of the future – and the future is grim and dark. Their future is also firmly built upon the remains of the past. Certainly constructed to fill the dance floor, the international duo channels the bleak, cold precision of mid-tempo Front Line Assembly and the cinematic storytelling soundscapes of John Carpenter electronics into a thrilling sound that is both resurrecting a classic 80s vibe and also fresh at the same time. Give it a listen. Link
