German alternative and gothic metal pioneers Pyogenesis continue building anticipation for their forthcoming studio album Adolescence with the release of a brand-new music video for "Sing As If". The track presents another facet of the band's ever-evolving sound and serves as the latest preview of the new album, which is scheduled to arrive on 15 January 2027 via the band's own imprint, Hamburg Records.

Few bands within the dark and alternative music landscape have navigated as many stylistic transformations as Pyogenesis. Throughout a career spanning more than three decades, the German outfit has continuously defied expectations, seamlessly blending alternative metal intensity, gothic undertones, memorable melodies, and emotionally charged songwriting into a sound uniquely their own.

With Adolescence, Pyogenesis once again embrace artistic freedom over convention. The upcoming album promises to further showcase the band's willingness to explore diverse musical territories while preserving the distinctive character that has made them one of Germany's most enduring and influential alternative acts.

"Sing As If" follows a series of previously released singles that have already highlighted the breadth and versatility of the material featured on Adolescence. If you have not yet explored the album's earlier previews, be sure to check out "Uncontrolled" (HERE) and "All I Am Is Bleeding" (HERE), both of which hint at the dynamic range awaiting listeners on the full-length release.

The accompanying video for "Sing As If" was directed by Peter Tokay and stars Eni Loranth, translating the song's emotional depth into a compelling visual narrative. Link
