Detroit (USA) based deathgaze/deathrock/darkwave/goth duo Vazum released a new music video for "Carol Of The Witch". The track is taken from their recently released Vazumnacht EP. The video was filmed in the outskirts of Ann Arbor, MI and edited by vocalist/bassist Emily Sturm.
"We were driving through the countryside when we came upon rolling hills with the early-rising full moon and migrating birds in the distance, and a beautiful decaying old barn and knew we had a location to shoot", says Emily.
"Carol Of The Witch" is the duo's interpretation of the Christmas classic, "Carol Of The Bells", redone with original lyrics in a sinister tone. The remaining two songs on the Vazumnacht EP, "Unholy Nite" and "Bark The Hellhounds", are gothic versions of Christmas classics "O Holy Night" and "Hark The Herald Angels Sing". Vazumnacht was digitally released on 14th December and is available as "name your price" digital download from Vazum's Bandcamp. Link
