THE ETERNAL - Presents Live Version Of The Song From Forthcoming Album

Melbourne (Australia) based melodic/progressive doom rock band The Eternal have debuted an epic new track from their upcoming sixth studio album entitled Waiting For The Endless Dawn. "The Wound", clocking in at over 12 minutes (the studio version clocks in at a whopping 20 minutes) was captured live at The Corner Hotel, 10th December 2016 in Melbourne, Australia.
With the release of Waiting For The Endless Dawn slated for later in the year, renowned Portuguese film marker Guilherme Henriques Silva has been enlisted to make a short film for "The Wound" which is currently in production. Although not to much has been revealed about the album, it does once again feature keyboard performances by Martin Powell (My Dying Bride, Cradle Of Filth) and guest vocals by Mikko Kotamäki (Swallow The Sun). It is also the bands first album to feature new guitarist Richie Poate who is also in long standing Melbourne band Dreadnaught.
To date The Eternal have released 5 acclaimed studio albums, the last one was the amazing When The Circle Of Light Begins To Fade from 2013, and toured internationally, sharing the stage with such bands as Katatonia, Amorphis, Anathema and Opeth to name a few.
