Swedish metal powerhouse Eleine unleash their ferocious new single and music video, “Watch As We Rise”, alongside the official artwork for their forthcoming fifth studio album, The Water Taste Of Blood. The record arrives 4 December via the band’s own Algoth Records, with global distribution handled by Sound Pollution Distribution.
The new track marks the third chapter in the album’s unfolding narrative. Where “Empire Of Lies” exposed the rot, and “We March” carried listeners through the fire, “Watch As We Rise” delivers the reckoning — the moment the empire finally collapses. It is the heaviest single yet: built on chugging, confrontational riffing and vocals that refuse to yield, the song embodies the act of rising mid‑strike and burning the falsehoods to ash.
Eleine describe the track as a declaration of personal reclamation: “This is our song of reclaiming control of your own life. We've been through so much shit the past years. Buried under one pile after the other. ‘Watch As We Rise’ is a releasing song that fills you with power and determination through heavy chugging and in‑your‑face vocals.”
The single arrives ahead of Eleine’s largest headline tour to date, beginning this October and spanning more than 30 shows across 12 countries throughout Europe and the UK. The run concludes with an exclusive album‑release performance in Lund, Sweden, on 5 December, marking the official arrival of The Water Taste Of Blood.
With “Watch As We Rise”, Eleine continue to carve out their own uncompromising path — a band rising, unbroken, and unafraid to set the world ablaze. If you've missed it, you can still check out “Empire Of Lies” over HERE, and “We March” over HERE. Link
