German blackened death/doom metal group Greh have unleashed "Frozen Dystopia", the second cut from their forthcoming sophomore full‑length, The Tyranny Of Expectations, earmarked for release in early 2027.

Driven by punishing riffs, uncompromising rhythms and an unrelenting sense of urgency, the track further showcases Greh's distinctive approach to heaviness. Despite operating with a minimalistic line‑up centred around just one guitar, drums and vocals, the trio create an immense wall of sound where groove, sludge, dissonance and raw emotion merge into a devastating statement of rage.

Unleashing a bleak, fast‑paced fusion of blistering black and death metal, raw crust aggression and freezing atmospheric drones, "Frozen Dystopia" stands as a grim sonic portrait of a modern society collapsing into chaos.

Greh was founded by guitarist Gjero Krsteski (ex‑Hellgreaser), who launched the project as a one‑man venture in 2022 before evolving it into a full band in 2023 with drummer Maurice Müller (Hard Strike, Milan) and vocalist Martin Kocula (Grau). Their debut EP, Reversion Of The Repressed, introduced the band's unique blend of black and death metal infused with doom elements, combining crushing heaviness with melancholy, groove and dissonance, and their debut full‑length, Dysphoric Devotion, released in January 2025 on Greh Recordings in collaboration with Fetzner Death Records, further established the band's uncompromising artistic vision and rising reputation within the extreme metal underground.
