Finnish dark epic doom metal act Lord Gravehill, the solo project of Marko Hautamäki, better known as the guitarist of gothic rock band Two Witches, has shared a new single, "Servant Of The Void", now available on all streaming platforms, as well in the player below.
"Servant Of The Void" is the third brand new Lord Gravehill track released after the project's resurrection in 2022 and following the acclaimed singles "The Beast" and "At World's End".
"Servant Of The Void" is a crushing doom metal anthem telling the story of a demonic summoning gone wrong, inspired by some real-life events that shall remain shrouded in mystery. The song showcases Hautamäki's mastery of dark and heavy riffs, atmospheric keyboards and cello, and haunting vocals that evoke a sense of doom and despair.
The project was formerly (in the 90s) known as Majesty and went on hiatus in 2002. Twenty years later, Lord Gravehill continues the same vision. Now, fans of Majesty can look forward to the unreleased debut album Earthbound, which will finally see the light of day in September. Link
