German synth‑pop/electro outfit Alienare return with a powerful new offering: a fully reimagined version of their track “I Absolve You”, now transformed into an emotive fusion of intimate balladry and pulsing electropop. The refreshed arrangement gains striking new depth through the contribution of the renowned string quartet Eklipse, whose cinematic presence elevates the song into a sweeping confession of self‑forgiveness.
The original version is featured on Alienare’s Mea Culpa EP (released November 2025), the track already stood as one of the band’s most personal works. In its new form, “I Absolve You (Reimagined)” expands that vulnerability, intertwining warm strings, atmospheric electronics, and a vocal performance that moves between fragility and catharsis. The result is a version that feels both more delicate and more dramatic—an emotional reset wrapped in dance‑floor energy.
As a gesture of gratitude to their fans and a celebration of the bond formed during recent shows, Alienare and Eklipse captured a new music video during the Mea Culpa Tour and at the Berlin Dark Nights Festival. The footage blends raw, empathetic moments with the band’s signature performance intensity, creating a visual narrative that mirrors the song’s themes of release, healing, and renewed strength.
Looking ahead, Alienare have unveiled plans for their next major chapter: the We Come in Peace headline tour, set for 2027. Eklipse will join as special guests, promising a live experience where electronic pulse and orchestral elegance collide—an evolution of the collaboration showcased in “I Absolve You (Reimagined).” Link
