Just in time for the change of seasons, Austrian epic doom/death metal masters Endonomos return with a powerful video for "Inversion", the track from their critically acclaimed sophomore album Endonomos II - Enlightenment (Argonauta Records, 2024), which celebrates its first anniversary these days.
The video for "Inversion" showcases the band's signature blend of murky and melodic vocals, intricate guitar work, and rhythmic intensity. Lyrically, the song continues the album's exploration of oppressive systems, religious totalitarianism, and the human search for utopia beyond the reach of societal constraints.
"The theme of 'Inversion' is a powerful doom anthem that really encapsulates our vision", says the band. "It's about the duality of struggle and resolution, and we're thrilled to bring it to life visually with this video."
Endonomos II - Enlightenment continues to resonate with fans worldwide, and the release of the "Inversion" video offers a new opportunity to experience the album's atmospheric and emotional depth. Link
