Bitterfeldt - Götzen.Dämmerung
Bitterfeldt's debut is vital food for those who want to embrace the darkness in its most primal form, it's full of agony and passion, but in a strange way it's beautiful and addictive. Götzen.Dämmerung is an ode to end-time, a true artistic escapade of soul consuming darkness. This is in its essence dark metal, with a strong emphasis on the word "dark". Bitterfeldt is eternal night, an apocalyptic atmosphere in word, vision and sound of end-time.

Black Anvil - As Was
Black Anvil might be a proper introduction of what is progressive black metal. Paul Delaney, the frontman, always wished to create something what shows us the inner self of the band. Something slim yet not superficial. Extreme dexterity, coordination and speed are in perfect synchronization, as well the masterful balance between instruments and vocals just shows of what kind of dough this band is made from.

Hate - Tremendum
Masters of metal extremity from the beginning of their career in 1990, side by side with other Polish legends such as Behemoth, Vader and Decapitated, not even for a moment during all this years, lost the extreme heavy, raw and original black/death metal tone. Hate is kind of a band that was already born as a legend. Tremendum is an influential omnipotent gift from Hate, a record that will crystallize its name forever among the knights of the extreme metal apocalypse.

Minas Morgul - Kult
German combo Minas Morgul are back stronger than ever, and they should be, because the band which formed back in 1997 is celebrating their 20th anniversary, and why not make a colossal work boldly titled Kult. These Germans are decided to set everything on fire and bring darkness upon mankind. This album is way more elaborated than everything they did before and the bang-up sound carries the new songs on omnipotent wings of soundscapes.

Moonspell - 1755
This is Moonspell in their most extreme, intense and most earthshaking form until now. The songs are complex, atmospheric, with lots of symphonic elements and female choirs, it's a pretty lush thing, but in the background we can notice some gothic elements that enrich many of the tracks. 1755 is absolutely not a typical Moonspell album, and while listening to it you must forget about their past records and concentrate on what everything 1755 has to offer.

The Moon And The Nightspirit - Metanoia
Metanoia is a fairytale-esque explorations that takes us deeper into the magical world full of magical creatures that are swirling around like a soft breeze of cold air in the hot summer night. The one who enters the musical world of The Moon And The Nightspirit will be embraced by its primordial force of rich soundscapes that in an impressive manner deliver hypnotic experience. It's magic, a rebirth and the rekindling of an inner flame.

Your Life On Hold - Burning For The Ancient Connection
Burning For The Ancient Connection is full of dreamy rather depressive atmospheres, throughout the whole album there are magnificient captivating melodies. Your Life On Hold did a very good gothic rock album that is filled with amazing dark atmospheric sound. It's a soaring album, gloomy, overall melancholic, still easy to get into its vibe. Your Life On Hold offers an intriguing approch to goth music, it's in a way giving it a new fresh breath of life.
