Andras - Reminiszenzen...

The seventh album of Andras, Reminiszenzen..., is simply fantastic! A wonderful experience unprecedented in the history of this band. It's an honour to enjoy these 67 minutes of pure 90s style in a very well engineered context, yet with passionate lyrics which deal with nature in a spiritual way and the heresies of humanity when it considers itself superior to everything. The tracks are direct and deep with a stunningly ethereal atmosphere, yet with a demonic aggression in each of them.

Arktau Eos - Catacomb Resonator

Since their debut Mirorrion, Arktau Eos have been defining leaders in the ritual ambient scene. The music of this act takes listeners on a spiritual journey, leading to ends which can’t be defined. The sounds of the album are quite subdued, giving the listener the ability to fully drift from the physical world, allowing the mind’s eye to take the lead. Arktau Eos are tried and true leaders of the genre, and Catacomb Resonator serves perfectly to reinforce this claim.

Au Champ Des Morts - Dans La Joie

Au Champ Des Morts make music that is in no way just another typical post-black metal thing, there are many elements hidden and nicely blended inside their compositions. Just to see which bands are cited as their main influences tells a lot; Bathory, The Sisters Of Mercy, And Also The Trees, Celtic Frost, Alcest, The Devil's Blood, pretty varied list of artists... Dans La Joie has it all, it's dark, deeply personal but very vital record, is an interweaving of many dualities.

Black Needle Noise - Lost In Reflections

One of the most innovative sonic architects in our age, John Fryer, a masterminds behind legendary This Mortal Coil, and having shaped the sound of bands like Nine Inch Nails, Cocteau Twins to HIM and Depeche Mode, has released a new album with his new act Black Needle Noise. It's like day dreaming, you sit there and get lost in thought, lost in the music, it takes you away to another dimension. On Lost In Reflections John collaborated with numerous artists resulting in a stunning output.

Our Ceasing Voice - Free Like Tonight

Our Ceasing Voice continue their melancholic path and serves with another portion of deeply immersive rock music. There's kind of a pathos present in every single song that simply grabs you from head to toe and takes you into this sonic world saturated with sadness. The music of Our Ceasing Voice is rightly depressive, yet very powerful and atmospheric when most needed. Free Like Tonight is a dynamic ambient rock record that is offering a lot.

Thot - Fleuve

Fleuve carries some sort of heavy psychological charge, depicting distortion of mind through music - it is built on over the top, all around drumming, heavily distorted guitars, dense mixture of noisy synthesizers and a lot of shouting vocals, but underneath the stormy sonic array lies its beauty and delicacy. Fleuve is very personal, intimate and very passionate album, made up with Thot’s trademark sound which is based on post-industrial and noise rock roots.

Throane - Plus Une Main À Mordre

From the mind of Dehn Sora, known for his projects such as Sembler Deah, Treha Sektori and many others, comes Throane. Creating sticky black atmosphere that engulfs you from the get-go as this album begins taking you over, blowing out any last candle lighting your way through these dizzying tunnels into your sub-conscious. The soundscapes reflect the visual art this man is known for, enigmatic and perplexing in nature, with an overall grey mood.
