TERRA RELICTA - Compilation Now Available!

Our massive compilation, Terra Relicta Presents: Vol. I Dark Ambient, is now available on Bandcamp for "name your price". This album consists of 56 exclusive tracks by a mix of some of the biggest names in the dark ambient genre as well as many very promising new-comers. Every artist selflessly contributed their track to our compilation for the shared goal of attracting as many new listeners to the dark ambient genre as possible. The magnificent album artwork was also graciously contributed by Karolina Urbaniak of Infinity Land Press. What you will find within the compilation is a mixture of all the various forms of dark ambient. Some tracks like "The Somnambulist" by Jarl show the harsher side of dark ambient, with an affinity for intricately layering sound to build a finely textured wall of brilliant noise. Other tracks like "Memory Fields" by Dronny Darko & protoU take the listener to a much calmer, more serene location. Yet other tracks like "Ascension Ov Thee Arrow Star" by Akoustik Timbre Frekuency bring out the ritualistic elements of the genre. With quite a few of these tracks clocking in at over 10 minutes in length, what we have here is several hours of dark ambient tracks which you will not find anywhere else! Dive into the depths of darkness and witness the many wonders of this criminally under-appreciated genre in all its varied forms. If you like it tell your friends, there is no better place to start the journey! Link
